We will review your current diet, discuss your specific concerns and needs, and work together to develop sustainable steps to get you closer to your goals. We may discuss sample meal ideas, calorie and macronutrient intake recommendations, strategies for eating healthy on the go, and suggestions for managing your fitness or disease management goals. Nutrition coaching with me is totally individualized to meet your needs.

Coaching will be performed primarily or solely via e-mail. It is important to be aware that e-mail communication is not considered to be necessarily confidential form of communication. Although your personal information will never be intentionally shared without your explicit consent, e-mails are sometimes vulnerable to unauthorized access. By signing up for virtual nutrition coaching and communicating via e-mail with me, you agree to receive e-mail communication in return.
Payment will be accepted via PayPal on a month-to-month basis. You will receive responses to your e-mails within 24 hours.
